The House of Lords have published their report ‘HIV and AIDs in the United Kingdom. Lord Fowler, Chairman of the Committee, talks about the scale of the challenge facing the UK, what the Government needs to do to combat HIV and AIDs and what lessons need to be learned given the epidemic is far from declining.
